Instructions for Mobile Ticket Renewal
Please make sure that you have registered your NRIC/Work Permit/Passport Number and mobile number with Heng Seng before attempting Online Renewal. If in doubt, please contact Heng Seng. Thank you.
  1. Enter your NRIC/Work Permit/Passport Number and Password.
  2. Wait for a OTP (One Time Password) to your registered mobile number.
  3. Key in the OTP received.
  4. Click login to proceed.
  5. You will have the following options:
    • View existing pawn tickets (Lapsed pawn tickets will NOT be shown).
    • View your Profile (Online edit unavailable).
    • Renew existing pawn tickets.
    • Payment by NETS QR/PayPal only.
